We at The Playroom believe that you will be over the moon with your product, however there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as “stress free” and as simple as possible. If the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you’ve had a change of heart (it happens) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

So how do I return an item? Simply contact us by email (returns@pinksumo.com) and we will issue you with a RAC (Returns Authorisations Code.) You must obtain a RAC before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. If you find this process a little too impersonal, you could always give our team a call on 02033025052 and one of our team will be happy to help.

Faulty Products:

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Unwanted Products:

Our policy at The Playroom is to ensure that you are satisfied with every order you place with us. If you have a change of heart or are unhappy with an item, you can return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, ensuring the product is unused, and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging , instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you.

You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping and delivery charge. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you. Certain Products are excluded from this returns policy, including any food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. You will also be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

When ordering lingerie you are of course able to try this on for size but please wear your own underwear underneath as we will not be able to accept soiled or damaged items of this type for a refund or exchange. Don't forget to retain the original packaging otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returned doll. If a doll has been used in any way or cannot be repackaged a refund will not be given. The doll must be returned free of marks or tears, in the original packaging with all accessories and be in resalable condition.

If a fault is reported on a sex doll that has been used, we will investigate the evidence provided and reserve the right to offer a replacement, not a refund. If not in stock, the replacement doll will be ordered from the manufacturer and we will advise the date when it will be ready to dispatch to the customer, which may be several weeks. 

Sex Dolls will not be replaced for tears or any cosmetic damage that may have been caused from use.

Customers are liable for the cost of returning a doll to The Playroom. In the event of a cancellation or return, the postage costs may be claimed back from any monies paid by the customer.
